There are a couple of super fun shows for the holiday classic, The Nutcracker, up this year. You can head to Miami City Ballet's performance, where the sets, designed by Cuban-American artists Isabel and Ruben Toledo, are a bit more tropical and perfectly suited to the Sunshine State, or check out the very contemporary and very fun Hip-Hop version featuring Kurtis Blow.
A dreamy stroll through the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens
The Vizcaya Museum and Gardens put up historical holiday décor each year. It's the perfect time to step back and travel back by a century, soaking up the dreamy and incredibly beautiful atmosphere they create. It's definitely a welcome break when you're tired from being on the go and just want to enjoy the stunning setup!
Enjoy the gorgeous Nights of Lights at Pinecrest Gardens
The Pinecrest Gardens transform into a bit of a winter wonderland with their Night of Lights festival. The botanical garden comes alive with thousands of beautiful holiday-themed lights. To say the least, the gardens are spectacular and will leave you and your kids mesmerized!
Have a ball with your family at Santa's Enchanted Forest
Speaking of winter wonderlands, no holiday season is complete without a ride through Santa's Enchanted Forest! The world's largest holiday-themed park is back till the 2nd of January 2022, giving you plenty of time to head over if you haven't already.
