This exclusive culinary pop-up, aptly named Abiaka x Aarón Sánchez: Celebrating the Flavors of Mexico, promises an unforgettable culinary experience from May 2nd to May 5th, Thursday to Sunday.

This pop-up isn't just about delicious food; it's a celebration of Mexican heritage and innovative culinary techniques. Chef Aarón Sánchez, renowned for his mastery of Latin cuisine and co-star of FOX's "MasterChef Junior" and "MasterChef,"  will bring his signature flair to Abiaka's already impressive wood-fired menu. Guests can expect a tantalizing array of dishes showcasing the mouthwatering flavors of Mexico, prepared with the freshest locally sourced ingredients and highlighting Chef Sánchez's love for the region's vibrant seafood scene.

The Abiaka x Aarón Sánchez collaboration promises a truly one-of-a-kind dining experience. Menu worth savoring – a fusion of culinary delights

The available à la carte pop-up menu boasts an array of delectable options. For a truly tantalizing starter, the Tuna Tostadas offer a layered explosion of flavor and texture. For an elevated dining experience, guests might want to try the Pork Ribs Al Pastor. This dish is a refined version of the traditional tacos al pastor and includes mesquite-smoked baby back ribs that are coated with a guajillo chile glaze. The dish is served with a side of salsa verde and pineapple salsa to add a unique flavor profile to the dish.

For a truly unique experience, try El Pato Chulo, Chef Sánchez's innovative interpretation of three-way duck. This meal features classic ingredients and cooking methods, presented in a contemporary way. It provides a delicious combination of duck breast seasoned with mole, seared foie gras, and duck leg carnitas, served with a delicious tamarind jus on a bed of street corn grits.

While Chef Sánchez's pop-up menu takes center stage, Abiaka will also showcase a wide selection of its signature items. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy traditional delicacies such as tenderloin served with aji panca jus and whipped potatoes, jamon toast topped with Jamon Iberico de Bellota, skirt steak complemented by the restaurant's own sauces and seasoned with a spiced rub, and a delightful pan-seared halibut paired with a veracruzana sauce. Delicious and unique side dishes such as Manchego cheese, Abiaka ratatouille featuring garden vegetables, and a fried egg, as well as potatoes roasted with salt served with roasted garlic aioli and mojo verde, make for excellent accompaniments to any main course.
