Ultra Music Festival returns with a star-studded lineup

This year’s Ultra Music Festival will feature lots of House and Techno.

More than two decades after its humble beginnings as a small show on the beachfront, the annual Ultra Music Festival has become one of the world's greatest musical spectacles, bringing some of the top stars in electronic music to Biscayne Bay. The glitz of Downtown Miami provides a fitting background for Ultra, which has grown into a venue for DJs, producers, and breakthrough artists.

The Ultra Music Festival will be coming back to Bayfront Park on March 24 to 26. Keep reading to learn what to expect from the world's top electronic music extravaganza this time.

What will the lineup be like?

The biggest names in House, Techno, Trance, Drum & Bass, and just about every other electronica subgenre will be performing at this Ultra Music Festival 2023. Since there will be so many performers at this year's Ultra, the event has introduced a unique Back to Back style for concerts all through the weekend.

You can expect to see two world-class DJs perform back-to-back sets, with one DJ handing off the decks halfway through the other's performance so that the crowd can enjoy two complete musical sets. Among the best back-to-back sets include those featuring Dubfire and Kolsch, Nicole Moudaber and Chris Liebing, and Dom Dolla and Vintage Culture.
