GMCVB's Miami Health and Wellness Months start from February 1st and last until March 31st, 2022, and they're packed with multiple activities, events, and resources available to the public. It's always a successful event, and you can find more information about last year's event here.

Here are some excellent ways to participate if you're interested in improving your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health:

Book a staycation at local hotels and inns for a getaway

Your mental health is a major factor to consider overall but especially during health and wellness months, and you must treat it as such. Get a break from your daily routine by taking advantage of discounts that hotels and accommodations around town offer, and treat yourself to a staycation.

Treat yourself to incredible discounts on healthy food

Given that GMCVB partners with several businesses around town, it's only fair that food is a major part of the equation. Not only are local businesses offering BOGO deals, various discounts, and introducing special menu items for these months, but they're going to be offering some great options such as vegan and vegetarian menus too.

Try a free workout or sweat session around town

This is also the perfect time to take advantage of Miami's talented and booming fitness industry. People around town are offering everything from free yoga classes, to HIIT sessions, and organizing runs and marathons. It's all about finding what appeals to you and keeping an eye out for these fitness activities.

There are also various retreats, outdoor adventures, and activities around parks, reserves, and many other places.
