Last week Miami weekend hosted some incredible events that are worth talking about

Last week in Miami was quite packed, with various events of all kinds taking place around the city. From early Easter Egg Hunts to the Miami Beach Gay Pride event, there was a lot happening around the city. Here’s a quick overview of some more cool events that you might have missed out on:

Bitcoin 2022 Miami Weekend Conference

Last week, the Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC) hosted thousands of fintech professionals and the general public in what has been the biggest Bitcoin conference, or event ever.  Bitcoin 2022 was hosted on a Miami weekend between April 6 and 9, 2022, as the city races to become the crypto capital of the country—or the world—under Mayor Suarez’s leadership.

Sound Money Fest

In addition to hosting the conference, Miami also hosted the first-ever Bitcoin music festival in the world. The Sound Money Fest was hosted at the Miami Beach Convention Center with an incredible lineup of artists like Logic, Steve Aoki, CL, deadmau5, Run the Jewels, San Holo, and various others. Additionally, the festival had comedy shows, food, and different activities and experiences based on Bitcoin.

Deering Seafood Festival

Seafood lovers across the city had the opportunity to go wild at the  Deering Seafood Festival at the Deering Estate in Palmetto Bay on April 10. The historic property featured a magnificent Seafood Alley, with fresh-off-the-boat varieties of seafood, including some delicacies and specialties in addition to the regular must-haves. Festival-goers were welcomed with music, boat rides, and tons of attractions.
