Miami Shines now that the travel industry is thriving

The GMCVB provides an extensive list of things to do and sights to see on your next trip so you can see why Miami Shines

The Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) hopes to help highlight how Miami Shines in their efforts to assist the travel industry. The COVID-19 pandemic has decreased Miami tourism out of safety for travelers. Restaurants and businesses are suffering as a result of this decrease in travel.

Bringing tourists back to Miami to enjoy what it has to offer will help relieve this struggle. Miami is a unique travel destination for many reasons. Some reasons include its different cultures, diversity, delicious food, and nightlife.

Anyone who is eager to get back to traveling should consider Miami as one of the best places to take a trip to. There are many different ways to enjoy yourself in Miami, from the beach to the restaurants. While enjoying yourself, you could also support Miami businesses during a time of financial struggle.

Visitors can take part in water activities and arts experiences in Miami. They can also enjoy the diverse neighborhoods, like Little Havana and Little Haiti.

Some water activities include snorkeling, diving, and fishing. Miami also offers many boating and sailing options to patrons wishing to spend the day on the water. For example, Island Queen Cruises offers a 140-passenger boat experience with air-conditioned cabins. The boat takes passengers on a tour along the Miami skyline. Passengers also tour Star Island, where they can see million-dollar homes.

Another boating option is to rent a boat. Companies like Tropicalboat Luxury Yacht Charters and Rentals offer this option. This is the perfect option for travelers who want a boat day to themselves.

Beyond water activities, it is important to let the culture of Miami shine. From the art in Wynwood to the opera and ballet, Miami is a city centered around art, local artists and culture. Miami culture highlights the different neighborhoods Miami has to offer.

Heritage shines through in places like Little Havana, Little Haiti, and Historic Overtown. Modern life shines through the architecture in the Miami Design District. Bohemian charm can be felt in the realms of Coconut Grove.

To adjust to the pandemic, many businesses are offering virtual experiences. Visitors can now experience Miami from the comfort of their own homes. Many museums, bars, and breweries are offering virtual 360 tours during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Miami shines on its own, and the GMCVB aims to remind everyone of the beautiful things Miami has to offer. If you’re planning your next vacation, you can find all the information you need at www.miamiandbeaches.com.
