Celebrations for the annual senior luncheon in District 12 went better than expected thanks to Chairman Pepe Diaz!

If there’s anyone who knows how to make a splash, it’s Chairman Pepe Diaz. He hosted his Annual Senior Luncheon for senior residents of District 12 for the very last time on June 8, 2022, and here’s what happened at the event.

When and where the event took place

The event took place on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Miami Airport & Convention Center. It was hosted from 11 am to 3 pm and was filled with exciting attractions and activities, including celebrity visits, which is always an exciting opportunity for many seniors attending this event. It was the perfect chance to bring together members of the community and the people they admire.

What happened at the exciting annual event

This year’s event was extra special because it’s the last senior luncheon for Chairman Pepe Diaz, as he hosted over 800 senior residents from District 12. The event was filled with tons of song and dance, raffles, and all kinds of entertainment as a way to appreciate the community that has backed Chairman Pepe Diaz for over two decades while he served as commissioner. Senior residents from District 12 also got an exclusive meet and greet with the celebrities attending the event.
