“Best of the best” brunch recognizes 2 of South Florida’s most accomplished entrepreneurs

A “Best of the best” brunch celebration that took place at a Miami eatery that just earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand Award

Korbel Champagne and Dreamable, along with its CEO/Founder Elizabeth Cousins, hosted a "Best of the best" brunch in late July commending and honoring some of South Florida’s most accomplished entrepreneurs and their achievements. The event served to show appreciation for some of the city’s most active people in business and to celebrate their recent achievements within their respective industries as well as the charitable sector. 

Who was awarded?

Among the famous faces at the "Best of the best" brunch was Christine Curran, Executive Producer and host of Dining Divas, and renowned chef Antonio Bachour who were recognized and applauded for their efforts in the entrepreneurial sector. The event took place in Downtown Doral, at a Miami eatery, known as Bachour Doral 8405 NW 53rd Street Miami FL 33166, that recently earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand Award. 

The “Best of the best” brunch event featured a special presentation by Cuban American Artist Laura Chirino on the City of Doral. Korbel Champagne and Dreamable, along with its CEO/Founder Elizabeth Cousins, proudly hosted the soiree to celebrate the accomplishments of the well-deserved. It also provided an opportunity for those in attendance to gain a better understanding of the causes each candidate supported.

Who is Christine Curran?

Born and bred in South Florida, Christine Curran was always attracted to the entertainment business. She started as a lingerie model for catalogs, benches, and billboards. She also did a few photo shoots for apparel brands and walked runways for fashion events. Additionally, she was an anchor for the TV show VIP TV, which included celebrity interviews.

Who is Antonio Bachour?

Antonio Bachour is a well-known pastry chef from Puerto Rico. He was recognized as one of the top ten pastry chefs in America in 2011, and after being nominated for the 2011 award, he went on to win the 2012 Zest Award for Baking & Pastry Innovator. He has been called a "confection maestro" by Zagat.
