From Thursday, February 20, through Sunday, February 23, Abiaka will welcome Chef Sebastián Vargas of Miami’s MICHELIN-starred and Green Star-awarded restaurant, Los Félix, for a limited-time pop-up event showcasing his signature ancestral and sustainable approach to Latin American cuisine.

This exclusive four-night event offers a rare opportunity to indulge in the artistry of Chef Vargas, whose cooking celebrates the indigenous traditions of Mesoamerican corn and highlights sustainable milpa farming practices. Guests will be treated to an array of meticulously crafted dishes that spotlight heirloom corn, fresh local ingredients, and globally inspired flavors.
