Care Resource steps up: Tackling food insecurity and supporting health equity this January

Care Resource is expanding its transgender outreach as well as the reach of the Food for Life Food pantry

Care Resource proudly announced a $10,000 grant from the Naderkhani Family Foundation to support its “Food for Life Food Pantry”, an essential program dedicated to combating food insecurity in South Florida. This funding will help expand the pantry’s services, enabling it to provide nutritious meals and vital resources to even more individuals and families in need.

“The Naderkhani Family Foundation’s generosity empowers us to address food insecurity, a critical component of our holistic approach to healthcare,” said Rafael Jimenez, Director of Social Services at Care Resource.
