Fresh shrimp pasta

Shrimp is a quintessential ingredient for most seafood recipes lovers, and there’s no way this list wouldn't include some. Pair your shrimp with some great carbs and fats, and fibers when you cook fresh shrimp pasta, which is so easy you can even make it on the go.

The best part is that shrimp is pretty quick and easy to cook, so you’ll be done in about 30 minutes. You can use various types of pasta, including regular spaghetti, linguine, or bucatini pasta, as these recipes use. Make sure your pasta is al dente and put it to boil as you saute sear your shrimp in a pan in the meantime.

Make a sauce of your choice, or as mentioned in the recipe above, and put your elements together for a simple, fresh meal. For some added fiber and nutrients, you can sauté vegetables like cherry tomatoes, some spinach, or kale, or add fresh salad leaves to your pasta as well.

Simple grilled salmon

Salmon is a fresh, delicious type of fish that is packed with Omega 3 fatty acids that your body needs. It’s excellent for your overall health and well-being and should be a staple in your diet for both protein and healthy fats. A very easy way to make salmon is by grilling it.

Start by marinating or seasoning your salmon filet with your favorite blend of spices, herbs, and a few add-ons like lemon or pesto, and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Salmon is very flavorful and will respond well to the additions. Then all you have to do is ensure your pan or grill is hot enough, and go in with some olive oil, a little lemon, some more seasoning, and grill it.

Grill it for about 5 minutes per side, or till the fish is flaky to the touch, and you’re done! Have it on its own, or with some grilled vegetables, a little white rice, or other sides of your choice is one of the easiest seafood recipes there are.

Pan-seared scallops with butter sauce

Pan-seared scallops with a rich, herby butter sauce are exactly the kind of mouthwatering treats you’re looking for. They’re also an excellent option for dinner parties and events you’re hosting, making an impression like no other, on your guests and attendees. You can easily make them in an hour and get a delicious meal.

Start by removing the tough muscle if it hasn’t already been taken out, rinse your scallops thoroughly, and pat them fully dry. Prepare your pan with some oil or butter, and begin placing your scallops in a single layer. Let them sear till each side is browned, and turn over using tongs to check.

Remove them from the heat and let them rest while you use the same pan, add some more butter, shallots, oregano, a little salt, spices, and lemon zest. You can also use white wine if you’d like, but be sure to add it before the seasonings and zest.

Once it has simmered, add more butter and your seared scallops back into the pan to heat them up, check for flavor and seasoning, and serve immediately. They work with fresh salads, bread and rolls, and even pasta.
