With their friends from Fundación Cuatrogatos and Miami Book Fair, the Koubek Center brings you its Storybook Picnics as bilingual virtual events, encouraging kids to create their personal version of the literary picnics at home, while joining in via Facebook.
Kids can invite their favorite stuffed animals, GI Joes, dolls, and toys to join them on a blanket, or have their BFF connect at the same time!
The 30-minute bilingual Picnic de Libros ¡en casa! will take place twice a month, featuring story time, mime and circus performances, children’s theatre, music, percussion, arts and crafts demos and much more, live-streamed on FB Live: @KoubekCenterMDC
The Koubek Center, Cuatrogatos Foundation and the Miami Book Fair are bringing children closer to the enjoyment of literature and the arts by presenting the cultural richness of the Miami community and supplying entertainment, humor, and fantasy for the whole family.
