This groundbreaking festival redefines masculinity and celebrates cultural diversity through the power of movement
South Florida is about to move to a new rhythm as Men Who Dance—the largest all-male dance festival in the United States—returns to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts for its sixth consecutive year. Taking over the Amaturo Theater stage on Saturday, November 29 at 8 PM and Sunday, November 30, 2025 at 3 PM, this year’s edition promises to be its most ambitious yet. Featuring 52 dancers from over 20 countries, the festival embodies the global energy and creative spirit that Miami audiences know and love.

A celebration of culture, courage, and collaboration
In a time when arts funding continues to face challenges, Men Who Dance 2025 stands tall as a vibrant reminder of why creativity matters. This year’s program brings together South Florida’s most celebrated dance companies—including Miami City Ballet, Dance NOW! Miami, Cuban Classical Ballet, Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami, RTW Dance, and more.

Breaking boundaries and redefining masculinity
Since its inception, Men Who Dance has challenged stereotypes about what it means to be strong, expressive, and male in today’s world. Through movement, emotion, and storytelling, the festival invites audiences to explore new perspectives on identity and artistry.
Artistic Director Rafi Maldonado-Lopez explains it best: “The essence and purpose of Men Who Dance is not to promote any agenda or reach conclusions—it’s about engaging in the process of deconstructing stereotypes and daring artists to explore what masculinity means on and off the stage.”
Whether you’re a lifelong lover of dance or simply curious about Miami’s ever-evolving arts scene, this is a performance you won’t want to miss. Tickets range from $25–$45, with student and senior discounts available at the Broward Center box office.
