The South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SFLHCC) hosted its 31st Annual Sunshine Awards Luncheon at the elegant Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables—bringing together some of the region’s most inspiring business leaders and changemakers. The event, a cornerstone of Miami’s business community, celebrated innovation, resilience, and the growing influence of Hispanic entrepreneurship in South Florida.

Honoring the brightest in business and community impact

The Sunshine Awards luncheon recognized standout organizations making a lasting difference across South Florida. Verizon received the Chairman’s Circle Excellence Award, Amazon was honored for Innovation in Commerce and Logistics, and Community Health of South Florida, Inc. was celebrated for its Community Health Impact. Other honorees included Comcast for Large Business Excellence, JetStream Federal Credit Union for Corporate Partnership, and Barlop for Technology Innovation—each representing the best of South Florida’s business spirit and community leadership.

Guest speaker Paul Renner, former Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives and Florida Gubernatorial Candidate, delivered an empowering message that resonated with the audience.
