A "last-dollar scholarship," as this one is called, is unlike any other award in that it is not distributed until all other financial help has been exhausted.
Changing lives with career source support through scholarships
Career Source South Florida will award grants of as much as $5,000 to complement the county's funding for costs not covered by tuition. More students will be able to afford to go to college because to these funds, which may be put toward tuition, living fees, transportation, and more. Residents must earn less than $62,000 annually to be eligible for Career Source funding.
