Ever wanted to learn how to teach pilates methods? Now you can!
Pilates is physical exercise philosophy based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, who identified muscle conditioning in the "core," or abdominal region, as vital to our overall strength and wellness. Our common neglect of the core muscles can be corrected through exercise. When we stop neglecting our core, we improve our posture, breathing and general wellness.
Traditional Pilates is usually instructed one-on-one or in small groups and sometimes using machines. Mat Pilates usually means group classes done with just a mat and small weights or blocks. Hot Pilates group classes combine core muscles conditioning with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), a method of burning calories quickly and efficiently through alternating 20-30 seconds of intense effort and 10 seconds of rest. Students see quick results in fat burning and overall body strength.

It will be a hands on training with plenty of opportunity to practice teach and sequence lessons. You don't need any prior pilates or teaching experience to participate.
