The SFLHCC recognized many outstanding contributions by prominent business owners at their Annual Installation Luncheon
The 29th Annual Installation Luncheon of the SFLHCC was hosted on a sunny Friday, May 5th, at The Biltmore Hotel, 1200 Anastasia Ave Coral Gables. Once again, the event was a huge success, and attendees wore the brightest smiles as they celebrated each other. The highlight of the luncheon was when they handed out the prestigious Golden Eagle Award.

Who was honored
The SFLHCC threw its 29th Annual Installation Luncheon on Friday, May 5th. They honored Rick Beasley, the big boss of CareerSource South Florida, with the prestigious Golden Eagle Award at the luncheon.
After US Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart gave his thoughts, the event had a lively panel discussion with Commissioner Kevin Marino Cabrera, Commissioner Kionne McGhee, and Commissioner Roberto J. Gonzalez. The moderator for the panel was Vice Chair Daniel A. Espino from the Miami-Dade County School Board. The Board of Directors for 2023 was also re-elected and sworn in for another term.
About the Installation Luncheon
The Installation Luncheon is held once a year in May and once every three years as a formal gathering. This is the yearly inauguration ceremony for the board and the Chairman. This hallmark lunch is a fantastic opportunity to connect with the chamber's executive committee.
Like every year, this time, the event was attended by some of the most influential and prominent people in South Florida. Business leaders got the opportunity to share their knowledge, make invaluable connections, and celebrate each other’s achievements.
