Kiwanis of Little Havana presents Carnaval on the Mile on the first weekend of March
Carnaval on the Mile is a two-day outdoor festival that takes place on the streets of Coral Gables. The festival celebrates all things Miami by featuring local art, children’s entertainment, live music, and fine cuisine.
With free entrance, people can bring anyone to party all day long. More about the festival and this year’s entertainment line-up is listed below.
Fun in the heart of the Coral Gables
Happening on the first weekend of March, this festival showcases the best local talent in Coral Gables's heart. The annual two-day festival is all set to run from March 4 to March 5.
Kiwanis of Little Havana brings the street of Coral Gables, Miracle Mile, to life for one weekend. The non-stop event celebrates the culture of Greater Miami &Miami Beach’s Latin and Caribbean culture.
This family-friendly and festive event invites people of all ages and from all walks of life to break free from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and let loose amidst delicious food, live music, and local art.
2023 entertainment line-up that everyone's looking forward to
Bring your friends and family to Miracle Mile street on March 4 and 5 to enjoy festive events. Stages will feature funk and rock music performances, and interactive shows for children in KidzNook. Some of the past performers that’ll set the stage on fire this year include Locos Por Juana, Cris Cab, and Palo.
At the core of this festival is Artist Village – the popular segment of Carnaval on the Mile. Artist Village exhibits the artwork of 200 artists selling paintings, photography, jewelry, crafts, and sculptures.
Working up an appetite? Take a break to stop and refuel at the food and drink stalls lined up on the stylish street of Coral Gables, or fine dining at the restaurants for longer breaks.
Make the most of the festival
It's recommended that visitors don comfortable clothes and shoes and slather plenty of sunscreens to stay sun-safe as it’s an outdoor event. Keep cash on hand, for some vendors won’t accept credit cards.
The Carnaval On the Mile event starts at 10 in the morning and is free to make the cultural celebration Carnaval On the Mile is open to all.
