Community acupuncture and meditation

Restore your balance through the art of acupuncture

Acupuncture is a component of  the traditional Chinese medicine, discovered more than 2,500 years ago. It is a form of alternative medicine which is successfully practiced in our days. Its techniques uses thin needles which are inserted in some specific points in our body to stimulate them and rebalance the energy flow inside us.

Acupuncture was and is used these days for a large range of health problems, including chronic pain, headaches and migraines, osteoarthritis, nausea and vomiting, allergies, rheumatological conditions and even infertility.

If you are curious about this technique and you want to learn more about it, don't forget about the event that's prepared for you on Sunday, October 23, at Hot Yoga House Miami. The "Destress & Recharge" Community Acupuncture and Meditation event will be hosted by Lynn Symonett. By combining the acupuncture therapy and meditation you'll be able to reconnect with your mind and body at the same time and improve your overall health in a relaxed and peaceful setting.

Lynn Symonett is a licensed Acupuncture Physician and a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine. She also has more than 10 years experience in holistic medicine and she helped many people with health conditions such as acute and chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia, women’s health and digestive problems. Lynn is also a nutritional consultant and a lifestyle manager.

There's no better place to forget about those stressful and challenging days when you feel drained of every drop of energy and the only thing you want to do is to cover yourself with a blanket and hibernate for months.
