One smoothie a day keeps the doctor away

Smoothies are the best beverages to include in your breakfast for a boost of energy. You can blend in whatever you want, from fruits and vegetables, to dairy products (milk, yogurt) and ice. Why you should have at least one smoothie a day? Because it’s quick and easy to prepare, you can get your daily allowance of fruits and vegetables more easily, it improves the digestion and immune system, and it’s delicious.

This week, we prepared for you, not one, but two avocado smoothie recipes, which are also recommended by the American Heart Association. Enjoy a tasteful blend of creamy avocado, pineapple, mango, raspberries, and tons of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, Potassium, Iron, Calcium, and folic acid.
